K&N Air filter
Bro, I am providing this info based on my CU2.
I have changed to a K&N Typhoon kit(69-1211TTK) meant for the CRV and the previous Accord as the drop-in filter was not available at the time.
It fits ok as they are using the same engine. The only diff is that on the CU2, you will not be able to fit in the K&N provided heat shield due to the location of the ECU on the CU2.
For the drop-in filter, the diff is that the CU2 has a smaller Air Intake box than the KM Accords. I believe it has just been made available by K&N and the PN is 33-2430, if I am correct.
Performance-wise, I think it does what it is meant to. The acceleration has certainly improved but not that impressive like a Type R or GTI(I hope you know what I mean). As usual, it will be louder than the conventional Air Intakes. I have not gone for a Dyno test, so I could not really tell you what is the actual HP increase.
I hope these info is useful to you.

Re: K&N Air filter
was there, but when told that they have similar instead of actual, texter wrote: I got mine from Mcwell.
changed my mind....
anyway, thanks for the feedback!

Similar one? I did not know that. It looks fitting to me when they slot the drop-in filter in the box.Honda-cub wrote:was there, but when told that they have similar instead of actual, texter wrote: I got mine from Mcwell.

Performance-wise : I cannot tell much difference. Maybe I am insensitive to any performance increase. I got the air filter because my stock paper filter is very dirty after only 15000km on the road.
