ESI oil capacity

Any kind soul can advise capacity of engine oil + sump and also manual transmission for ESI?

engine oil

SOHC = 3.5 liters
DOHC = 4.2 liters

tranny oil

SOHC = 1.75 liters
DOHC = 2.5 liters

thats per honda service manual..
"LIFE begins at 8.9k rpm.... VTEC power!!!
