Going to TC my Auto ESI, any bro out there can share some pointers like Auto Gear Box issues or engine issues or overheating...
Will be using a TDO4 with 0.5 bar, will the gear box be able to take it cause will be planing for day track .

Since ur ride is auto i think u can forget it, there is very high change it will blow ur AT gear box due to force induction have much higher torque than original N.A, i don't think ur torque converter can take it!Heckler wrote:Hi guys,

TC auto can go for track if properly prepared and equipped. A simple rule of thumb will be to ask the workshop to prepare it for track use.
MOST workshops will suddenly find excuses NOT to mod your car because they are not confident that they can ready it for track duties...
Worse, they just do and when you piang your engine/gearbox, they will not accept responsibility.
Typically, to ready an auto veh for track, you prolly need to spend at least $10 k to strengthen and protect your gearbox, engine and drivetrain and chasis... not to mention uprated brakes to handle that additional power.
Track is gonna be very taxing on your brakes... esp with uprated power, you will be goin into a corner a lot HOTTER than normal, if your brakes cannot take it, you will have no brakes within the first 3 laps at sepang, or PG.
