Where to buy Oil thermostat sandwich plate

Hi any one knows where to buy a oil thermostat sandwich plate and how much?

These sandwich plates fit inbetween your oil filter and the engine block and provide a high pressure feed and return perfect for running an oil cooler off it has a built in thermostat which makes sure the oil is not diverted off to the cooler until the engine gets up to temperature (80 deg C)
