Dual VS Single exhaust

performance wise which would be better for an auto car assuming it came with the dual exhaust at the start

Depending on diameter of piping and the number of bends and angles, single will definitely give u better mid to high end power, and if properly designed, even throughout most of your rev range. Dual exhausts almost always make lesser power with reduced exhaust velocity. Backpressure is a commonly mistaken theory.
