its normal, jus dun get too bothered. u jus got to monitor the full tank mileage or FC/liter. my car also cranky,

1. Gauge was at 3/4 full, but i pump 37L after travel 470KM.
2. Gauge was at 1/2 tank, but i squeeze 42L in.

so u got to know roughly your car consumption on the following:
1. wat your car FC/L base on your driving.
2. At 1/2 tank, how much fuel left
3. Left 1/4 tank, How much fuel left
4. Empty, how much can u pump
5. Try 1 full tank, see wat the mileage.

u will be safe, alternatively, carry a 5L spare portable tank in your car.

change the whole cluster bro .. many bros dekitting and scrapping here

maybe the sensor or wiring got problem

or you can just monitor your mileage like Yen suggested
