The answer's easy. NO.

Unless there's FI, i.e. turbos in place, or bigger displacement for the R. A heavily modded R on stock K20A's will find it haRd to even beat a stock STI. Even a K24A may not do the job.

5dr means the PI one with 230hp

Is't possible to add Turbo to Type R?

How many seconds for Type R from 0 to 100kmh with Fully Legal Mod?
Bro,

A stock R accelerate at about 6.5 -6.6 s from 0-100. What they read on specs saying it will do a 6 is not really accurate.

A fully legal mod may comprise of the following:
Any air intake combination (i.e. Apexi, Gruppe M, Blitz) - price should be between $600 - $2000, based on your selection.
Headers - 4-2-1, the only legal one so far is from SPOON and J's Racing. Price for SPOON is about $2600. Not too sure about J's though.
Exhaust - with cat back, so far the legal ones would be TODA, SPOON and J's. Price varies from between $1400 to $2300.
ECU - Many to choose from, all are legal. Choices include HONDATA KPRO or as many R bros are using right now, the Flashpro. Installation and tuning would fetch about $1100. It is better optimised if all the mods above(I+H+E) has been done first before tuning.
For stability, be sure to change the coilovers. Stock are good enough for tracks, but definitely not for daily driving as they are stiff. Those wanting to improve on track times can look at various coilovers from SPOON, TODA FIGHTEX,OHLINS,they are all good coilovers with damping and spring rates adjustable to suit between track and daily driving.

More Power? Then it starts to get illegal..
Cams, TODA, BC Stage 1,2, easily between $1500 - $2000.

It's better not to list the illegal mods here..lolz..

The above mods can easily fetch you about 260 - 280 hp up from stock. Surprised at the small gains? That's the uniqueness of an NA. You spend lots, but the results may be insignificant, cos they don't work like turbos.

Henceforth, consider carefully. Horsepower should not be a deciding factor, as all performance cars comes with good BHPs. Instead, think on what you want to achieve with the car.

i tot changing of cams are legal? =X
