Post by 9534 » Wed May 27, 2009 2:45 pm

P91 is for D16ZC engine
P28 is for D16Z6 engine
P08 is for D15 engine

May i know wad is the diff of this few ecu ?
I had try P08 but is not so effectively when vtec engage.
I had try P28 responsive but checklite appear when vtec engage.
Im currently on P91 everything is fine but nt as responsive as P28.
Im driving ESI Manual.

Which of this ecu is more effective with vafc1 ?

stock engine to go with p28 should not be much a problem, furthermore you will be overwrite its mapping.

No need for VAFC. Try installing a chrome chip on P08 so you can adjust your ecu mapping.

P73 is OBD2A or OBD2B depending on year. Need conversion harness. Newer have immobiliser, buy already no use.

P72 is OBD1 but some is 4 connector instead of 3. Got to rewire again.
