VTEC head on non VTEC block

HI expert out there anyone can advise whether a vtec head can be fitted on a non VTEC block
Exmple D16z6 head on D15 non vtec block

Yeah i tink its called a mini me swap. alot of things u have to buy. The intake manifold also need to change
