Auto gearbox torque converter

Hi everybody... For auto gearbox, anyone have idea about auto gearbox torque converter upgrade? Heard from a friend this will help to reduce loss of the torque from the gearbox.
Any guru can guide how to get this thing done?

can check with khang auto, heard they specialised with AT box & strengthening ..
