Which throttle body is better??

Experts out there, who can tell me which kind of throttle body is better for ek4? i mean is the super 90 1st batch throttle body good? can someone help mi?

Super 90 GOOD!!!!
and use Skunk 2 intake manifold!!!!
Skunk 2 intake manifold is cheaper now... :lol:

Have to match to yr engine set-up. doesnt mean big means gd.
