Which Spark Plugs to use on Accord 2000cc Yr2006 CL7?

I wish to use the best titanium spark plugs (SP) but do not know which type/model and where to buy. Any expert on this or just use the common SP?

According to the car user-guide specification, the SP NGK ZFR6K-11 and Denso KJ20DR-M11 are required. I looked around and would'nt find them for the exact SP models. Finally, the motor-retailer said that NKG ZFR6J-11 can be used and therefore I purchased it.

Is there a different between the ZFR6K-11 and ZFR6J-11? What mileage of the car done before replacing the 4pcs of SP?
