low end and high end

i know that chaning of exhaust would improve my high end and loss in low end power.
can someone tell me who much loss in low end am i expecting?

Mine i a manual fd.

If u worry low end loss then change to semi flow instead of straight thru lo

think if semi-flow does help then mugen will be a gd choice...
