What engine oil is recommended?

What volume is required?

Read that Amsoil is good but not sure which product should be used....

redlne 5w-30 so that i can go and get it before my serving is up

I seriously wonder when the Mugen bodykit will be available. Have seen this pic since Oct, and cant find any thai sites that have the final product
