CARRERISTA JAMBOREE 2009 (27-31 Dec '09)

Post by DIRT22 » Fri Dec 26, 2008 1:09 pm

Hi guys,

There will be a motorsports and autosound/autostyling event at the Changi Exhibition venue from this Saturday onwards to New Year's Eve (27th-31st December 2009).

Look out for year-end bargains at the various exhibitor booths, as well as admire the new parallel import cars and the various performance and autosound or autostyling cars on display.

The HKS Drift Altezza/s will be on site for display and there will be daily drift performances by professional driver Nobuteru Taniguchi from Japan, among others.

There will also be Singapore's 1st Quarter Mile Drag competition (402m), with representations from the major tuning houses in Singapore and across the causeway.

Kids will be able to enjoy the indoors mini-fun-prix (mini-go-kart) and the not-so-kids will have the full-size gokarts to play at the outdoor arena.

There are ample F&B outlets available to cater for a full-day event for you and your family, so make the most of your weekend at this variety Jamboree!

Parking is per entry at S$5 per car, entry fees to the events are priced as follows:

S$20 for a single day pass
S$40 for a 3-day pass
S$60 for a 5-day pass

Access to the venue is via Aviation Road, off Changi Coast Road. This is between the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and the SAF Ferry Terminal. Feeder bus services are available as well.

See you there!

Congrats to Lai Wee Sing on his 2WD Eliminator win in his EP3, and congrats too to Edgar JD for his 2WD FTD in the Choon's B18 EG6. Close fight for Eliminator honours, end of the day both men shook hands like gentlemen should. Mid 10s on road surface, that's pure motor for you man!

Can't say the same for the 4WD eliminator, dubious is the best I can describe it. :x
