Cool upgrade but I think your rotors are fitted the wrong way (looking at your picture titled "280mm")? Check out the link below:

Your rotors are directional... so unless you have fixed it since you took the picture, you need to swap your left and right brake rotors...

eh boss, will there be any problem for fixing it the wrong direction or not? i think mine is sala direction also lei :oops:

it just reduce the effect of slotting the disc...

eh? thought slotted or drilled disc are suppose to help reduce heat buildup on the rotor by dissipating the heat easier?

like that is it recommended to get it swopped around or its ok to leave it as it is?

nope...cross-drilled disc may help improve ventilation, but not slotted, which is to allow "bubble" to come out.. :lol:
Pls dont ask me for wkshop, as I know none...I only know it is safer and faster to fix cars on my own.

OT abit here... anyone knows if the idsi rear brakes can be upgraded to the vtec disc brakes? ...and costs? :D can anyone advise or comment?

yah its possible to bring over the VTEC model rear disc to idsi. problem is sourcing for it, scrap yards are your best deal since no one in the right mind would wanna change from disc to drum :lol:

sry, no idea about the cost though

not worth the money bro.

try improving your front bakes instead

i believe the rear brake conversion cost is enough to get you a complete brake kit for your front
