Michelin Pilot Sport 3 - user review pls
I intend to change my tyre for my odyssey to Michelin PS3 215/55/R17
Any user pls share your thoughts on its performance and the noise level. Any further recommendation on the good tyre for our Odyssey.
Appreciate the feedback [cool]

Cos de tyre is abt 21lb for de 17in size. Tts very light and for sure will improve fc. I'm just not sure if tt will contribute to a longer braking distance.joelwong wrote:was using it on my previous vw, 225/45/17...fantastic in the wet, improved fc over my previous set of tires (cant remember what brand)
I'm comparing this cost my previous set of tyres is RE001 b4 I chg to my current set of CSC3.
Weight difference is there thus de improve in fc but braking distance increase.
I'm deciding between PS3 and S001. Price very close

Thanks
can share the contact details of the place you obtained the PS3 @ that price? Am also considering the PS3 for next tyre change. Hows the grip and cornering? Sidewalls hard or soft?
Thank you.

PS3 and CSC3
Hi,
I was on CSC2, 215/45/17 for 2 years (1st set), before I tried CSC3, 215/45/17 twice (2nd and 3rd set). With less than 20 months to my ES5 Civic, I decided to try PS3, 215/45/17 (4th set).
Been on the new set of rubber for 750km already (1+ week), and I would say that the PS3 is stickier (grip) on dry and wet than compared to CSC2 and CSC3. However, my wife and I agreed that PS3 is noisier compared to the CSC2 and CSC3.
In terms of comfort level, both are comparable (tyre pressure 35 PSI on cold).
Hope the above helps. Cheers!

Won't go wrong with ps3.
What I like is the high treadwear of 320 which can last 60-70k or more if diligently rotated. Grippy wet and dry...FC better also due to its light weight...lastly reasonably price.
What I don't is the soft sidewall + noise.... Many said ps3 is quiet but for me and my bros who are on it, all said is noisy....
