Haha no lah I'm on reservist course held at HQ SCE at Nee Soon camp....I'll be released end of 17th!!!

Now moving into final Summary Exercise phase liao, all MAPEX and all that shite.....

Hey Joe/Dirt22 and Guys, Whose going down tis Sunday? cos went down Choons and seems like whole garage ppl are bz wif the Kallang MPT sprint on Saturday and no official PG trackday tis Sunday is known.

Will still be tagging along with a few Choon kakis to PG on Sundae ourselves.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the disappearance, finished my reservist course on 17th (for those who have been on Advance course you should know how little time you get after everything's done haha!) and swamped with all my work that was just happily piling up, so not much time (if any) for Forum stuff!! My sincerest apologies!!

The official Private Track Day has been postponed to a later date (to be confirmed at a later time!), as such this Sunday 27th April there will be no official event organised by us. Some of our guys might have enough energy to make the trip up to J-Circuit on Sunday itself, but I myself will not be able to make it (I foresee lah!) since I would probably be busy helping out for the Sprint/Supersprint event on Saturday. By the time the event finishes it should be well into the wee Sunday morning hours, so in all honesty I don't think I would have enough energy or spirit to bring myself down to the track!

Any of our guys who might be heading up to J-Circuit by yourselves, please sound out here! Maybe you can arrange to bring some friends here up with you as well!

Do you have the schedule and info on the sprint?

I don't have the information with me now, but offhand if they are following the previous event's timing, the Sprints will take place in the early afternoon, if you are there early before lunch time you shouldn't miss anything. The Supersprints will take place after last light, or more accurately around 7pm or so, depending on whether the day's events traffic jam or not...

Based on the last event the last run was concluded around midnight. If there are more entries/cars this time round, the organisers might push the start timing earlier, but the night Supersprint start time should remain. If so be there at around 10am and you should be safe!

Competitor cars will be there as early as 7-8am for scrutineering and other checks.

For all those who are going down and parking outside (coupon parking), make sure you put enough coupons for the day! Fatimahs patrol the area regularly during the day! You would be better off cost-wise parking in Leisure Park underground car-park, it is new and sheltered and you pay when you leave!

the organised trackday has been cancelled due to the sprint/supersprint and the formula D event.
What Dirt22 is implying is if there are still a few guys who wanna go? maybe u can sound out here and the more experienced ones who want to go can lead the lease experienced ones, but by the looks of things i dont think many ppl will be going so u might have to wait a couple of wks for our official trackday.

Btw the details for the sprints/supersprints are as follows:
Scruterneering begins at 1230pm
Supersprints should begin by 2 as there is a HUGE turnout this time.. biggest turnout ive seen for a long long time.

The sprints will begin at 7pm or so.. its suppose to be a night sprint and as joe said it should go on till around midnight.

If your keen on catching everything.. being there just after lunch should be fine.. 2pm or so..
