Adjustable window tinting

Anyone know if this technology is in Singapore or Malaysia?
It is different from the type used on LRT.

In sgp, definitely not legal. So strict, you dare to try?
We seldom see traffic police, but many jealous car drivers will report your number to LTA.

As long as it can pass the meter at the clear mode, shd be legal sense

I remember one of the tinting shop bringing this in. but doesnt seems to be popular.
