Thanks for your respond. By knowing where our customers come from, we can then better cater to them through the preferred channel. Example, if we know that most of our customers get to know us through referrals, we would try to arrange something nice or a reward for future referrers.
Only through your genuine feedbacks, could we then have the correct data and will be able to apply the necessary steps to follow up.
