Hi all
When I start the engine, the temp gauge was at the first bar. Hot air was blowing through the air con vents.
After 5 mins of idling nothing changed so I drove off.
About 20mins of driving later, the engine temp rose to about half the gauge and the air con kicked in.
Any idea what could be the issue here?
Engine oil levels are all good.

Re: FD1 Low Engine Temp With Hot Air Blowing
Hello there! It announces like there could be a problem with your car's cooling system. The fact that the engine temperature gauge climbed after 20 minutes of driving and the air conditioning kicked in indicates an issue with the thermostat or coolant levels. It is best to have a mechanic evaluate the cooling system to identify and correct any problems before they worsen. Stay safe on the roads!Rvdran wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 8:01 amHi all
