inner clearance and outer position

Post by walterpan » Mon Aug 06, 2012 10:22 am

hi,

after calculation on our stock rim of 17" 7jjj +55 vs my 18 9jjj +50, the result shown inner clearnace 20mm less (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing) and outer position (position of the outside edge of the wheel).

therefore may i know by the meaning of this, will rub my fender? do i need to camber? if yes, wat is the best deg i should go with?

pls advise.

thank you.

inner clearance for 9JJ 50 is similar to 8JJ 37

u run a risk of buah-ing it on strut with aggressive camber or driving or both.

inner is more important. fenders can roll

Bro, the best thing to do is sell it and buy normal 8jj wheels which u can do anything with.
