What you wanna do? Just move on lah. This happens all the time on the roads, many morons like this. From your video it looks like your car is within his "blind spot" area which is why he can't spot you. Reaching CNY, nobody wants to langa also.

It seemed that the driver was changing more than 1 lane at a time but then again..there's nothing u can do TS. If you want, send ur clip to SPF and see what they have to say....

Thanks huffie & adrianho.

Had horned him but he still cut in. So had to ebrake. Managed to get his particulars. Slight scratches above the wheel but able to clear with scratch remover. So did not pursue.

u should F him upside down and make him polish your car or remove the scratches.
