hmm...sounds like your agent is just not doing his/her job....give you a tip. There is an upcoming development at potong pasir. Its located just beside the MRT station and asking price is pretty reasonable. There is a good chance of appreciation but the launch is only next month if im not wrong. some of us are eyeing this project already. To buy it now and wait a coupleof years till TOP is rather attractive. you buying for investment of own stay??adrianho wrote:no la..he abit off...i was looking at this particular development...see until song song already...ask him go nego price...he tell me price high...then make me see another devolopment...then ask him arrange for me to see more layouts...then suddenly all of them either seller donwan sell liao..or price too ex...and on several occasions..tell me got a lot a lot of units to c...go down liao then tell me got 2 fly him aeroplane la..etc..zzzsvperstar wrote:yup, im a property agent...a few of the old boys from the forum also in the same trade. what problem you facing?? spell it out here and i may be able to give you some tips...adrianho wrote: must give good deals then better...hahahahaa

i dont know about you guys...i think 400km for half tank is indeed amazing. I used to clock 400km for a super full tank...i mean really filled up to the brim kinda full tank.klbx wrote:1/2 tank 400km is very good mileage right?
I wonder what other bros getting? I drivng CL7A half tank 250km only leh... drive not so "fiercely" leh.... something wrong?
much has been discussed on this issue actually. if you run a search, you will be able to dig out the old threads and see what most of them clock. as far as i knw, a stock A should clock around 550km on a full tank. the heavily mod ones are on the low 400km mark.
servicing also plays a part. if you are somewhere around 8000km from your last servicing then it usually starts to drink more petrol. i used to service at every 5000km even though im scheduled to service every 10000km. engine oil plays apart as well. the regular oil to use is W50 or W40....i was running on W20 and sometimes W30.
cant remember too much about it cos i no longer drive the CL7 for a long time. im just here to mess around with the old boys cos they are a fun bunch to be with....
Im driving a cl7r. Yea, doing a half tank 400km. My car is kinda stock, just mild mods. Ic.. its drinking quite scary now. half tank only doing 270km. gonna service it tmr. I heard W40 is the best for cl7. Any recommendations on what engine oil to use?svperstar wrote:i dont know about you guys...i think 400km for half tank is indeed amazing.
