Another poor game, but Liverpoool still manage to hang on and win the game with a single goal and qualify for the knockout stage.

Torres injured again... haiz...

Pool attack is so poor recently, and with Torres out again, I fear Pool will fall off the pace..

Wonder whether Rafa had rushed Torres back too soon?

Liverpool 0 West Ham 0
Simply not good enough if WE going to challenge for the league. No cutting edge and lacked ideas once again.

Two missed opportunities and its not like we were unlucky. Same old story, not enough creativity against sides that park the bus.

9 points lost at home if you asked me. We expected to get 12pts from Stoke,Fulham and West ham when we played at Anfield in the end WE only to manage to get 3 pts....

This morning i was very disappointed and frustrating after finish the game and heard the crowd booing at our own players.....signs...

WTF IS POOL DOING!!!!!!! i tot arsenal gifted us with a chance to go 3points clear and at least off the pressure cooker for a while. absolutely no quality at all. that is the pool problem. they are just not creative enough. every epl team knows that when they slam the door shut, pool cannot break it down.
haiz... we need simao and 1 more prolific striker. keane dun seem like he's jived in yet. kyut while being the most hardworking player in the world, does not contribute enough goals.
Need to sign 1 or 2 quality players in Jan. or else be contented with a 2nd to 4th placing!!
Struggle is the father of all things. It is not by the principles of humanity that man lives or is able to preserve himself above the animal world, but solely by means of the most brutal struggle. If you do not fight, life will never be won.

I am Not surprise. L'pool is unable to change their style and tempo when things are not according to plan. That brings back to Man Utd: Sorry. I have to say it. Alex Ferguson understand this. Thus, he has got Berbatov, Tevez, Ronaldo, and Rooney to interchange attacking play, and vary his formation to confuse lesser teams who play 5 to 6 midfielders in order to choke Man Utd.

Problem with Man Utd now is C Ronaldo is very unstable. And problem with Liverpool is that they cannot vary their style and attacking play to confuse lesser team.

However, if Liverpool still top the table by Match 20, I think they will win the EPL. In Rafa, we trust.

Given those statistics, it is maybe little wonder Rafael Benitez went for Ferguson's jugular earlier in the week. It might be the best chance he gets. - soccernet

Man Utd should be beating every team by 1.5 goals every game from now till end of season.

They are clearly in top gear.

MU is still a team to beat dis season.

Was very disappointed w the line up rafa put against Stoke. Leaving 2 fit strikers on bench w Gerrard playing behind kurt.

That stupidity. Without Alonso at midfield, look at wat happened in dat game...
Should put Gerrard in there to stablise and command the midfield. Bring on striker at half time mah.... liv could hv lose all 3 pts.

Wake Up RAFA.

Take heart. Finally, Rafa played two strikers - Kuyt and Torres :)
