WTS: K24 short block newly built! Price lowered!!!

Hi all,

selling my spare K24 shortblock.

Totally new in terms of build and parts
87.5mm bore and standard 99mm stroke
Block consist of Wiseco forged pistons (12.5 compression on K20 head) and Brian Crower Lightweight forged connecting rods
Crankshaft is polished and balanced (by machine shop)
What is included is just the lower block, crank, con rods, forged pistons and all bearings. AND one set of new in the box ARP headstuds worth around $200 plus

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the block, it was a spare block that I had commissioned as a back up to my own engine after previous engine suffered a con rod bearing failure

Whole block was built and assembled by SKM (Ah Heng) and this block is now currently with SKM so potential buyers can view the block at your own convenience

No waiting time, no downtime, no need for shipping etc etc
Newly built! You break it in yourself!

Priced to sell at at a newly lowered final price of $3000!!. The buyer who commits to this does not need to pay me a single cent, just pay SKM directly. For comparison, overseas builders are charging USD3200 upwards, and local workshops typically charge close to 5K for building a shortblock including the parts, block cost, machine shop fees and assembly.

Price is just for the block itself, no labour or installation. Any installation or labour that you need, please negotiate with SKM directly or you are more than welcome to bring this to your own workshop

The block is from an USDM 2.4L accord, the crankshaft is a tsx RBB crank

Nearly sold but still not sold....

A couple of people have asked if I have the rest of the engine....

If you need a k20 (RBC) cylinder head for this, I have a spare RBC head in good condition but that is obviously not included in the price of the short block

If you need a timing chain cover, k24 chain and chain guides, I can also help

The only thing I do not have spare sets of is the k20 oil pump assembly and the oil sump
