Technically, I dont think there are very much difference. On the spec, if you google it, it should give about less than 5% difference. So it would not translate much on a stop, start, floor it. Why becoz there are many factor that will make up for it. - lesser rubbish in boot - addition weight and l...

FC: 1.5 Jazz against 1.5 City

I wonder how is the FC of new 1.5 Jazz against the city.
I see the only different would be the little weight diff, ivtec/vtec, wheels, engine(?)
Manual against manual.
Auto against auto.

seriously, IMO, the torque in vtec model is pretty linear if u have seen the graph [I forgot where I saw it, i think paultan's site, maybe someone can help] Thus engaging vtec or not doesnt matter...to kui or not kui. To me, more torque, floor more deeply becoz we have good linear torque vs rpm till...

simple.
got money, vtec or even better car.
want to save money or not spirited driver, take the idsi

anyway, i find the vtec kind of abit high on the threshold. need to drag more to feel it coming. but when at 110km potential to push more is very visible.

hard to fetch good money nowadays due to lower coe + ability to take loan.

Funny rules make it such that, if you have some money, it is easier to drive away a new car than buying 2nd hand.

2nd hand market had thus slump unless there is change of rule or somehow the COE rockets to 20+K or more.
