Brake Fluid, Transmission Fluid and Power Steering Fluid are all Hydraulic Fluid, same same, repackaging is to generate more $$$.

Hydraulic oils are incompressable, only manual transmission oil can be use.

Tensioner can change at 160k but water pump suppose to change every 80-100k if you redline very often. I change at 160k but skip at 240k lets see what happen till 320k.

Change the thermostat, check wif your mech.
