I feel like changing windscreen.. but there are 2 problems...
1.tinting

i know this reply comes a bit late, but i discovered this miracle product called bar keeper's friend...

my windscreen (like most windscreens that are almost 20 years old) almost got me killed when i first got the car while driving down genting at night in the rain.

you know how in the rain old windscreens tend to have water marks and streaks that show up in the rain and almost completely obscure your vision when the headlights of an oncoming car shine on you? this completely removed that for me. think it cost me about 10 bucks inclusive of shipping from overseas.

this was sometime back so i can't remember the details, but i think it contains some acid and abrasives to basically polish the glass and remove the build up from rain water and its resultant streaks. should work with the swirlmarks on your windows as well.

here's the website. http://www.barkeepersfriend.com/

i used the powder version so i don't know how well the liquid one works. but the powder one is EXCELLENT. and i think i got it off ebay, not their website.
