Wat's the damage for unchip tuning? Can it shift the v-tec earlier like 3-3.5k rpm cos I rarely past 4k rpm.
Bro if you installed from Alex, he should give you sound advise as he tune quite a handful ODY....
to share my experience by shifting the V-tec doesnt really help, furthermore our is Ivtec....which mean it open up accordingly to RPM if i remember correctly.
improvement is very little even with aft market air filter with mugen exo....the gain was about 7-10bhp if i remember correctly....
the highest NA ODY was dyno 280bhp.......the ride is still running around and the owner is also a member here but hardly login liow.....
cheers

As suggested by Bro Maniac...coilover will give you the immediate improvment on the handling and looks....it can be comfy too depending on the set up.
struct bar will futher improve the handling too....but there are more to be done, change and add on to really get the best out of it.
Having said all, unless you really push your ride to the limit, chances are you wont feel much loh except that there are almost no roll...
cheers

Will the coilover lower my ride? Mine is stock but the bodykit often hit the ground esp driving down from MSCP. Not sure if my front shocks due for change...

Haha...thanks bro rjj. Comfy is still my priority over handling, so coilover may not suit my ride...further my rim size only 16"
If I just add strut and front lower bars, is it suffice? Was told to get UR bars in JB as it is much cheaper than here? Is it true???

you should be able to feel the different.UR is definately cheaper than jepun brand loh....not sure if it is cheaper in JB.
just to share, there are 3bar ontop. 1 in the engine, 1in the centre row 1 at the rear. i hv the front and rear.
there are five at the bottom, 3 at the front and 2 at the rear. btw, roll over centre is oso very good too. i hv all at the bottom...

bro rjj,
Need your advice...KM told me mine front shock about time to change and was quoted 1K!!! Faintz...
Checked around and if change to KYB Excel G - about 1k for 4. Should I get KYB or Coilover instead??? Mine ride is on 16" rim and 3.5 years to go. Can coilover provide the same level of comfy?

If you compromise on your shocks, the effect is on your tyre. Uneven wear and eventually bumpy ride.

coilover will definately improve the handling...as for comfy....it will be very subjective. if you are concern and want the comfy of ur ride now. replace it with stock or KYB. some bros are on KYB and they can provide honest feedback.
For me i will definately go for coilover...
