Skim Or Used rotors?

Hi guys,

I'm actually quite new to such stuff and would like some advise.

My ride(DC5) is actually scrapping soon(1 year +)

My rear rotors are in quite bad cond and would like to get them replaced.

Did some homework and skimming is $40 per disc.

However, i was charge for $100 for used rear rotors (Cond 70%)

Any one knows how much for new rear rotors? and which is the most ideal way to go about?

For the used set of rotors, i think u will also need to skim it...
