Just collect my Stepwagon 2 Saturdays ago, enjoying the drive and comfort that the car provides (as compared to my previous ride). However, I guess the only minus point about the Stepwagon is its FC. I'm currently into my 2nd tank and the returns I get is about 7+ km/L.

Is 7+ km/L normal ? I thought on paper the FC is 12+ km/L, after compensating for the difference in how the figures are derived, I would expect the FC to be in the region of 9-10 km/L. My travelling pattern is 60% highway & 40% city, definitely light-footed now coz still running-in.
7+ km/L seems a little low, although it's difficult to get 12+ km/L. You ferrying many people everyday or have bulky items in your car? Otherwise chk yr tire pressure.

well.. it seems like thats the normal for stock stepwagons. when i 1st got my car 3 yrs ago it was also about 8km/L running on stock. now im with 18inch rims and 225 tires, with 100kg load of sound proofing done in my car and im getting about 8.5 to 9km/L. but i have mod quite a bit too.
