Parking
Hi Bro,
There is a multi-storey carpark where I parked last time.
Usual style is to park close next to wall or pillar, steer the wheel to a side and locked the wheel lor.
But again, I heard the security is quite good there cos they must entice potential customer to "deposit" their monies to their casino mah..
Good trip and have fun..

Re: Parking
hmmm.. true enough that they want to draw back more customer. Are there charges for the parking? Inside hotel should have parking right? Haha..Viper wrote:Hi Bro,

Re: Parking
bro, i think it is better to park at the open car park at genting hotel,
open space with barrier so no chance for pple "steal".
frequent genting last time, and parking at the multi storey car park although it is free but as it is enclosed and out of sight, thing tends to be stolen.
my personal experience, they took my wipers, i only realised when going downhill and started raining heavily and when i turn on my wiper i only saw 2 wiper arms without wipers, got to stop as really cant drive without wipers when the rain is so heavy.
2nd experience, reach home safely, wash car next day, then i found out that my front rims is missing 2 nuts, they must have undo the nuts and saw the lock nuts and just left, so basically i drove home on the remainder 3 nuts holding the wheels only.
since then, i park at the open car park at genting hotel, park them RM10 per entry. nothing of the above happened.
have fun bro.
cheers

minor knock is better than going to an empty lot where ur have parked ur car. yes, park at open car park is much better than secluded mscp.
anyway, the MSCP in genting are it not lowered car friendly.

Personelly I feel that parking in open crowded place is better, chances are break in and stolen will be lower loh. but on the other hand minor knock and scratch will be higher loh.

that's what i do. go in upon arrival.
and out when am leaving with occasion walk to check on the car.
to get in the open car park, u need to drive up to the drive way of Genting hotel. there is a valet station there, tell the guy u are staying in Genting hotel and want to park in the open car park, pay him and he will open the barrier for u. dun allow him to valet ur car. once in the car park, the usual practice applies, head in and steering full lock
