Hit by Malaysia car today

Not a lucky day I suppose.. Was hit by a Malaysia car today while moving off, the impact causes the bumper loosen. As mine was aftermarket mugen bumper, the screws wasn't holding the bumper already.
He only offered sgd$80 for my repair

and went off.

Any bros can advice or recommend a wkshop that can fix it.

huiyang? i heard lots of stories about accident with malaysian cars.. singapore cars usually end up as the losing side
