its only will move to send box once the other side online and read the msg. if not it will be in ur outbox until the person online to SHC forum.

This means that the person u r sending it to have not log into SHC to retrieve the mail. Once he/she logs in, mails from OUTBOX will be moved over to SENT MESSAGES.
